4.3 Refund Policy

Users must notify Artinova.ai of billing discrepancies within 7 days of the charge to be eligible for review.

5. User-Generated Content

5.1 Handling of Generated Content

Any images, videos, text, or other content ("Content") generated through the use of ArtiNova's Services are handled with strict privacy and security measures. We ensure that your Content remains private and secure and that it is not used for any AI model training or other purposes without your explicit consent.

5.2 Ownership of Content

You retain full ownership of all Content you generate using our Services. We do not claim any ownership rights over your Content.

5.3 Rights Granted to ArtiNova

By using our Services, you grant ArtiNova the right to use, modify, and distribute your Content as necessary to provide and improve the Services. This includes using the Content for display purposes on the platform.

5.4 Licensing for Free and Paid Users

By using the free plan, users grant Artinova.ai a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, modify, and distribute the Content solely for the purpose of providing and improving the Services. Commercial use of Content generated under the free plan is prohibited.

5.4.2 Paid Subscribers

Subscribers retain ownership of their generated Content. By subscribing, users grant Artinova.ai a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, modify, and distribute the Content for both personal and commercial purposes.

5.4.3 Commercial Licensing

Paid plans grant users the rights to utilize generated Content for commercial projects, marketing materials, and other business-related uses without additional licensing fees.

6. Intellectual Property

All rights, title, and interest in and to ArtiNova, including but not limited to software, logos, graphics, user interfaces, and proprietary technologies, are owned by ArtiNova or its licensors. These rights are protected by intellectual property laws and international treaties.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable license to access and use the Services for your personal or internal business purposes. You may not:

The quality and aesthetic appeal of AI-generated content (including but not limited to images, videos, text, audio, and other digital assets) produced through our Services are inherently subjective. ArtiNova makes no guarantees or warranties regarding user satisfaction with the generated output. We do not offer refunds based on subjective dissatisfaction with the quality, style, accuracy, or artistic merit of any AI-generated content or assets.

15.2 Content Retention Period

All AI-generated content and assets will be available for download and access for a period of 7 days after generation. After this period, ArtiNova reserves the right to remove the content from our servers without prior notice. Users are responsible for downloading and saving any content they wish to retain beyond this 7-day period.

15.3 Technical Limitations

The AI technologies employed by ArtiNova have inherent limitations and may not consistently produce output that meets all user expectations or requirements. Users acknowledge these technical limitations and agree that variations in output quality or characteristics are not grounds for refunds or service credits.

15.4 Best Effort Service

ArtiNova provides AI generation services on a best-effort basis. The accuracy, quality, and appropriateness of generated content and digital assets may vary based on numerous factors, including but not limited to input prompts, selected parameters, and the inherent capabilities and limitations of our AI models.
